第98章、奇異的血型

我心里的疑問卻越長越大了，忍不住問道：“但是，我不明白，為什么非得血型相合才能輸血呢?——”
獸醫(yī)耐心解釋道：“因為當(dāng)含有A(或Y)凝集原的紅細(xì)胞與含有抗A(或抗Y)凝集素的血清混合時，由于相對抗的凝集原和凝集素(如A與抗A)的相互作用，使紅細(xì)胞凝集成團。凝集成團的紅細(xì)胞可以堵塞小血管，引起血液循環(huán)發(fā)生障礙。接著這些紅細(xì)胞又破裂溶血，放出大量的血紅蛋白。當(dāng)大量血紅蛋白從腎臟排出時，又可以堵塞腎小管而損傷腎功能，引起少尿或無尿。這一連串的反應(yīng)可以引起下列癥狀：皮膚發(fā)青、四肢麻木、全身發(fā)抖、胸悶、腰疼、心跳加速、血壓下降，嚴(yán)重時甚至死亡。因此，輸血時必須注意血型的選擇，應(yīng)該以輸入同型血為原則?！?p> 獸醫(yī)這么一解釋，我總算明白了，我的血不但救不了兔匪頭子，而且很有可能斷送她的性命。
可是，兔匪頭子要是因為失血過多而離開人世，我該怎么活呢？
小兔哥哥淚流滿面地對獸醫(yī)說：“小兔姐姐不能死，她還懷著我的孩子，她要是死了，就等于死了7條命。不行，不行，就算我死了，兔匪頭子也不能死?！?p> 小兔哥哥越說越激動，他抱住獸醫(yī)的小腿，一把鼻涕，一把淚地懇求道：“戴醫(yī)生，求求您！讓我給小兔姐姐輸血吧！”

小兔哥哥抹去淚水，把頭一昂，胸一挺，視死如歸地拍著胸部，鏗鏘有力地說道：“承擔(dān)就承擔(dān)！我連死都不怕，還怕承擔(dān)后果嗎？把協(xié)議拿來，我馬上簽字！”
獸醫(yī)給小兔哥哥抽血化驗，結(jié)果，他和兔匪頭子竟然是同型血。
雖然，我心里強烈反對小兔哥哥給兔匪頭子輸血。我相信，性格倔強的兔匪頭子寧愿死掉也不愿意接受小兔哥哥的血。但是，生命高于一切，要救兔匪頭子的命，我們別無選擇。
我覺得自己不能再呆在兔豪寵物醫(yī)院了，否則，我狂躁不安的心，可能會指使我做出一些我不愿意做的事情，影響獸醫(yī)的搶救兔匪頭子，從而使得兔匪頭子錯過了最佳的搶救時間。
